1 pkt noodles with 3 carrots, 1/8th onion, half a green pepper, 3 chilis (was gonna do beans but it got late)
1 large drumstick

6:00pm
1 medium apple

9:00pm-ish
excuse- busting workout

one large slice of watermelon
